What are the CSA-EUR Career Days?

The CSA-EUR Career Days is CSA-EUR’s annual flagship event organized in collaboration with numerous industry leaders and organizations. It is designed to provide students and professionals with insights into career opportunities, industry trends, and networking prospects. The event consists of three parts that last for a whole week.

  • The Congress Day on Monday 10th of February is the grand opening of our flagship event. Keynote speakers from various companies will share their thoughts and experiences on our digitalization theme “The Future Is Digital, Are You Ready to Lead it?”. With participants invited to ask questions during Q&A sessions. After the presentations an information market (Company Fair) will be organized with stands from different companies.
  • The Recruitment Days followed by on Tuesday and Wednesday on the 11th and 12th of February, will have activities such as case workshops, speed dating, and networking lunches allowing participants to connect with the participating companies.
  • The In-House Days followed by on Thursday and Friday on the 13th and 14th of February, are company visits where participants will be given the opportunity to have a firsthand look at the company’s operations.
When and where will the event take place?

The event is scheduled to take place from the 10th of February till the 14th of February at multiple locations. For each event, there will be a different location.

  • The Congress Day will be held on the Erasmus University Rotterdam campus, with the Forumzaal hosting the Congress sessions and the Theil Building designated for the Company Fair.
  • The Recruitment Days will take place in Rotterdam, with both Tuesday, February 11th, and Wednesday, February 12th, hosted at Lommerrijk.
  • The In-House Days will be held at the company offices.

Who can attend the event?

The event is open to all students, recent graduates, and professionals interested in exploring career opportunities. Whether you are studying or working, we welcome people from all backgrounds to sign up! So you do not have to be a CSA-EUR member.

How do I sign up for the event?

On our homepage, you will find a registration button. In the registration form, you can choose multiple activities from different companies. At the end of the form, you will have to upload your CV for eligibility of certain activities.

How do I get selected for company activities?

For most activities there will be a CV-selection, the company will select the final list of participants. Therefore, make sure to update your CV before sending it in!

How do I know if I got selected for the company activities I signed up for?

You will receive your personal schedule through email a week before the CSA-EUR Career Days event. In there, you will find all the activities you have been selected for including the timeslots of the activities.

Is there a registration fee for the CSA-EUR Career Days?

You can buy one ticket which will grant you access to the whole CSA-EUR Career Days. Details about the ticket price will be outlined on the website. Please check the registration section for specific information.

How do I cancel for an activity I got selected for?

You can unsubscribe for an activity at least 3 working days (72 hours) before 5 pm for no fine by sending an email to [email protected]. Be sure to check the cancellation policy for the specific information.

What happens if I don’t unsubscribe for an activity less than 3 working days?

If you don’t unsubscribe and don’t show up, a fine of €20,- will be charged. (Note that this is only for CV-selection activities). If you unsubscribe later than 3 working days before 5 pm for an activity, a fine of €10.00 will be charged. For both situations you will be excluded from all career events as well.

How can I stay updated on event details and announcements?

Keep an eye on the official event website and follow us on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn for the latest updates, speaker announcements, and other important information. We recommend you to at least follow our Instagram which will be updated the most frequently.

How can I prepare for the event?

Prepare by researching the companies and industries that interest you, updating your resume, and coming up with questions for the speakers and employers. Dress professionally, and be ready to make the most of the networking opportunities.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is business casual for all activities with exemption of the Congress Day where the dress code is business formal. However, we understand that you might not own formal business clothing. In this case, business casual is also allowed.
